Here are a few things you might want to know about your order while you wait for it to arrive.

 

When will my order arrive?

You should receive your order within 5-7 working days from despatch.
This can take longer if ordering from outside of the UK.
International orders please allow 7-14 working days before reporting missing items.

**Please do not contact us the day after placing your order asking when it will arrive, once it leaves us it is in the hands of Royal Mail, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive.

 

What happens if my order doesn't arrive or is incorrect ?

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 working days or 7-14 days for international orders, please feel free to contact us

Which address will my order be delivered to? PayPal or the one on my account?

Your order will always be delivered to the address registered to your account, not the address associated with your PayPal account.

What is steeping?

Steeping is allowing the flavour of the juice to develop properly over a period of time.

 

Do I have to steep my juice before I vape it?

Although we do recommend steeping your juice when it arrives to obtain maximum flavour , it is not absolutely necessary and is down to personal preference. Some customers prefer certain juices fresh and not steeped at all.


How do I steep my juice?

There are several ways to steep your juice, and these methods will vary depending who you speak to, however here is one example.
Our personal preference is to simply leave the bottle alone for several days, occasionally shaking the contents with the lid on.

 

What is gourmet e-liquid?

Gourmet eliquid is mixed fresh to order on the day of ordering. The highest quality pharma grade nicotine and flavourings are used in mixing.

 

Does your liquid contain harmful chemicals?  

All of our flavourings have been tested at the manufacturers and have been reported to be as safe as possible.

They do not contain diacetyl or acetoin.

 

What ingredients are used in flavourings?

All flavourings are PG based and unlike some eliquids on the market contain no dangerous chemicals such as diacetyl or acetone/acetoine. All flavourings are researched before use and are as natural as possible.

 

Can you remove the branding from my package?

No sorry this is not something we can offer.

 

Do you do samples / can I have a sample?

As everything is mix to order, individually we do not have bottles sat on a shelf, therefore we do not offer any kind of samples.

 

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale / bulk discounts?

We do not offer any kind of wholesale option, we also do not allow the resale of our liquid. 
Any liquid found to have been re-sold will be subject to legal action.


what happens if I make a mistake with my order?

Once your order has been submitted it is not able to be changed , so please check your order carefully before submitting.

 

please allow 7 working days for U.K before reporting an undelivered order, or 14 days for an international order. You can then contact us at support@vapingking.co.uk or us the contact form via the website. If your order is incorrect you can contact us via the support email address and we will sort any issues out with you from there.

 

Can I request 100% VG juice?

It is a common misconception that it is possible to have e-liquid mixed at 100% VG. However considering the percentage of nicotine used and some juices high in flavourings ( with the flavouring being PG based) the highest level of VG usually works out at around 70/30 VG/PG.
